The following is a listing of all personnel in our database, assigned to Detachment A-110 (Mobile Strike Force). Narrative Information: The Nung Reaction Force was used to open several camps in 1966. (See A-102, A-109, A-108.) A-501 from Nha Trang was redesignated A-110 and sent to ICTZ to open a camp at Gio Linh o/a October 1966. It was decided not to open this camp and, instead, a camp was opened at Con Thien was opened on Feb 20, 1967. Con Thien was turned over to III Marine Amphibious Force on July 4, 1967 and the team was withdrawn to Danang where it was redesignated A-111. An abbreviated team was sent to the Sa Huynh salt flats from 09/10/67 to 04/27/68 (3 USASF, 3 AATTV and 132 MSF training RF to protect the NSA FOB. See A-111 for further history and staffing.
